SNF Booth Software License Agreement
Effective Date: 02/07/2025
This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the SNF Booth software and related components (“Software”). This Agreement is entered into between you (“Licensee,” “you”) and SNF Booth (“Licensor,” “we,” “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement and your compliance with its terms, SNF Booth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for lawful event, business, or personal use.
The scope of your license (including device limits, booth limits, or subscription tier) is determined by the license you purchase or activate.
2. License Types
SNF Booth may offer multiple license types, including but not limited to:

Trial License – Limited functionality, time-restricted, or watermarked

Single Device License – Use on one device at a time

Multi-Device / Studio License – Use on multiple authorized devices

Subscription License – Ongoing access subject to active subscription
Specific terms for each license type are provided at the time of purchase or activation.
3. Permitted Use
You may:

Use the Software at live events (weddings, parties, corporate events, etc.)

Capture photos or media using supported hardware
-
Customize themes and layouts provided with the Software
-
Operate the Software offline where supported
4. Restrictions
You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
-
Share, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software
-
Circumvent or disable licensing, activation, or security mechanisms
-
Use one license to operate more devices or booths than permitted
-
Use the Software for unlawful or abusive purposes
5. Device and Booth Limits
Licenses are subject to device and/or booth limits.

A license may only be active on the number of devices permitted by your plan

Simultaneous use beyond licensed limits is prohibited

SNF Booth reserves the right to enforce limits through technical measures
6. Offline Use and License Validation
SNF Booth is designed to support offline operation.

The Software may continue to function offline for a limited period
-
Periodic online validation may be required to maintain license status
-
Failure to validate may result in restricted functionality
7. Theme Packs and Add-Ons
Themes, layouts, and add-ons may be included with certain licenses or offered as separate purchases.

All themes remain the intellectual property of SNF Booth

Themes may not be redistributed or resold
-
Access to premium themes may depend on license tier or purchase
8. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold.
SNF Booth retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
9. Updates and Modifications
SNF Booth may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software.

Updates may be required to maintain compatibility or security

Some updates may change features or functionality

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates
10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
SNF Booth may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate its terms. Upon termination:

Your license ends

You must stop using the Software
-
You must uninstall or delete all copies
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.”
SNF Booth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNF Booth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or event revenue.
SNF Booth’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SNF Booth operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SNF Booth regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
