Welcome to SNF Booth (“SNF Booth,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SNF Booth software, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SNF Booth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
SNF Booth is professional photo booth software designed for use at events, including weddings, parties, corporate functions, and similar environments. The Service may include downloadable software, trial versions, licensed features, theme packs, and online services.
Some features of SNF Booth are designed to operate offline. Other features may require an internet connection.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using SNF Booth, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and Access
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
4. License and Use
SNF Booth is licensed, not sold.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable license agreement, SNF Booth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own lawful business or personal event use.
Specific license limits (such as device limits, booth limits, or subscription tiers) are defined by your selected plan or license type.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
5. Trial Versions
SNF Booth may offer free or trial versions of the software. Trial versions may include limitations such as watermarks, time restrictions, or reduced features.
Trial licenses are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute SNF Booth without authorization
Bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing or security mechanisms
Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Use one license to operate more devices or booths than permitted
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features, subscriptions, or licenses are billed according to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
Fees are non-refundable
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
You are responsible for applicable taxes
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Third-Party Services and Hardware
SNF Booth may integrate with third-party hardware, cameras, printers, or services. We are not responsible for the performance, compatibility, or availability of third-party products.
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, logos, themes, and content, are owned by SNF Booth or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
10. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding SNF Booth, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNF Booth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every event or environment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNF Booth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SNF Booth in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the software will end, and you must discontinue use.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SNF Booth operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
